Combine tuning forks, sound bowls and Swedish massage tailored for you in this unique 90 minute session that will heal your body and sooth your soul.  A complimentary sauna session or red light therapy is included to make this is a perfect gift for anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, insomnia, tension, migraines, addiction, fibromyalgia or trauma.  

Tuning Fork Therapy is a very gentle, yet powerful modality to balance chakras and restore health. An acoustic resonator in the form of a two-pronged fork creates vibrations that will pass through your bones and tissues surrounding the point of placement.  Combat chronic pain, depression, headaches, pain, insomnia, joint problems while balancing your chakras with this unique and effective holistic treatment.

Tibetan Sound bowls produce sustained sounds and vibrations when hit or circled with a mallet.  The sound of these bowls may produce binaural beats (https://www.healthline.com/health/binaural-beats), encouraging brain waves that help you feel relaxed, such as beta waves or trance-like theta waves. In addition to placing tuning forks, our practitioner will use sound bowls in this private session to deepen meditation and promote relaxation.  This combination therapy can help, improve blood pressure, stimulate digestion, improve respiratory rate, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression and improve symptoms of some neurological disorders such as fibromyalgia and Parkinson's disease.

Dorina Leslie, LMT has been in the holistic healing space since 2013. After a life-changing spiritual awakening on 11.11.11, Dorina was trained in Reiki and then went on to specialize in massage therapy. Primarily, she has developed her career in three settings - a functional medicine office, mainstream spas, as well as in private practice. Always learning, expanding and evolving, Dorina is certified as a vibrational sound energy healer and body therapist, using the Solfeggio Frequency and Otto Tuning Forks for the muscles, nerve, lymph and meridians. Additionally, she is trained in the Laura Norman Method of Foot & Hand Reflexology, doTerra’s AromaTouch Technique, and she is also a devoted BEMER PEMF aficionado. Dorina is studying with the Sound Healing Academy, under the direction of Beth Snyder in Sarasota, Florida, to further her education in sound therapy; Dorina offers beautiful, therapeutic sound healing in group settings and 1:1, in her private sessions.
