Meditate With Edyta

In this session you will learn and practice techniques for relaxing and calming the nervous system as well as accessing and increasing your innate intuition. You will:

• Experience various methods for connecting with spirit. Whether you have 5 or 90 minutes a day to spare, you will feel empowered to take steps towards creating a consistent practice that will inspire you.
• Work with your breath and meridian points to access a deep level of relaxation.
• Participate in a group meditation including:
• a Guided Meditation with music in specific healing frequencies
• Sound Healing with Crystal Singing Bowls and voice
• ending with a gentle Qigong practice

Edyta is a devoted meditation practitioner and teacher focusing on guiding each individual to find their special and unique form of connection to both themselves and spirit. She also uses her decades-long vocal training and her love of song to offer deep, soothing restoration through her sound healing work.

Edyta is a Reiki II practitioner and is currently working towards Reiki Master Certification. She is also a dedicated student and practitioner of Tarot, Traditional Astrology and the Shamanic Rites of the Munay-Ki.
